Vendor Information and Descriptions:
Vendor Types:
Not For Profit -- Must be appropriately registered and obtain a recognized non-profit status.
Artist/Local Artisan Business -- Items must be handmade by the applicant to be considered an artist. A local artisan business is a local Nashville business that sells items that are handcrafted by other artisans.
Business -- Local Business who gross under $1 million will use their space for promotional purposes or sell mass-produced items.

**Corporations, large businesses, national brands, and franchises grossing over $1 million in annual revenue must be a sponsor of the festival in order to qualify for vendor/booth space. Please reach out to sponsorships@goodneighborfestivals.com if you are interested in sponsoring the event.

**Political Party Candidates - Bicentennial Capital Mall State Park is on state property which prohibits display of campaign signs, banners, advertising, etc. (little Hatch Act, TCA 2-19-206). For this reason, political party candidates are not able to become a vendor at Nashville Pride.
Political Party Candidates can, however, participate in the Nashville Pride Parade.

Vendor Pricing: (does not include $100 Park Vendor Fee)
Not For Profit Table- $350 (Pride provides a 10x10 space,1 6' table and 2 chairs)
Not For Profit Booth- $600 (Pride provides a 10'x10' tent, 1 6' table, and 2 chairs)
Artist/Local Artisan Business Space- $400 (Pride provides a 10'x10' space)
Business Booth- $1,100 (Pride provides a 10'x10' tent, 1 6' table, 2 chairs)
Food Vendor/Truck- A non-refundable deposit of $750 upon acceptance into Nashville Pride. After the event food vendors will need to provide a gross sales report.  In the event 15% of your gross sales exceeds the deposit amount, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance. Failure to provide your sales report will result in denial of applications for future events.
-Example: You will provide a non-refundable $750 deposit prior to the event. If your gross sales are $6,000 (15% of $6,000= $900), you will receive an invoice for an additional $150. If your gross sales are $4,000 (15% of $4,000= $600), you will not receive additional invoice.

Additional Rental Options:
Vendors have the option to rent additional tables and chairs, make appropriate selections on the form below based on your needs for the event.

Tables- Range $15-$60 depending on how many you select.
Chairs- Range $10 - $40 depending on how many you select.
Power - $150 Access to electricity is also available for purchase at Nashville Pride. Electricity availability is limited at the event and includes access to one standard outlet only. Selecting that you need power on this form does not guarantee access. If it is still available at the time of your application, it will be added to your invoice upon acceptance.

Additional Fees:
-In addition to the vendor fee listed below, all vendors must pay $100 for the vendor permit application fee required by Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park. Vendors can expect this amount to be included on invoices upon acceptance into the event.

*This will not count towards the 15% due from food vendors. 

If accepted your vendor fee will have a due date on the invoice.

Each vendor fee includes (6) entries per day into Nashville Pride Festival. You will be able to purchase additional entries at a later date. These entries will be sent approximately THREE weeks prior to the event.

Insurance Requirements:
Upon acceptance, vendors will be required to submit two COIs listing the following groups as additionally insured-
